These services will be available on completion of the first phase.
How will the facility be financed? The Constitution of the Estate (refer to Sales) states that each buyer will contribute a once-off payment (included in the purchase price) to the establisment of community facilities, which includes the health care facility.
How will the facility be managed? The Executive Committee will be responsible for the general management of the service and the monthly levy will be determined by the running costs.
How will the sustainability of the facility be ensured? The Constitution of the Estate (refer to Sales) determines that 20% of the profit on the capital appreciation of each unit will be ploughed back into the Section 21 Company for long-term capital requirements.
